SHIPPING POLICY: We ship to US addresses only from any of our available carriers. We include shipping insurance and tracking information will be mailed to you as soon as the item ships.
RETURNS POLICY: Returns only apply to equipment that is defective or wrong items shipped within the first 2 weeks after purchase. We do not accept returns on metal detectors or items purchased that you do not like or no longer want. You must contact the seller to receive a return authorization number prior to returning goods for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition, in the original box containing all contents including a BLANK Warranty Card if included. A Refund will then be given minus the actual shipping costs.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Items that have been damaged in shipment must be immediately reported to us and an inspection will be arranged with the carrier.
Hold damaged goods with any packing material undisturbed for an inspection by the carrier’s agent.
DO NOT RETURN ANY DAMAGED GOODS TO DETECTOR DEALS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
We will discuss with you the best way to have equipment or goods repaired or replaced.
